YOUR ROLE AT INDICIUM

You are the guarantor of success that our common product vision becomes and remains technically implemented and technologically leading. You inspire and guide the development team. In addition to the product, you also help shape our young company.

YOUR TASKS

• Development of our software, that includes among other things:

  • Design and implementation of feature product development with the constraints of time, budget & result requirement.

  • Ownership technical roadmap

  • Software architecture development

  • Responsibility for the technical quality, safety and reliability of our products

• Team responsibility for development, including but not limited to:​

  • Establishment and retention of an in-house development team

  • Management externer Ressourcen

  • Resource planning

  • Building a culture that combines outstanding output with an exceptionally satisfying work environment

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Degree in computer science or a comparable course of study

• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development

• Experience in leading development teams

• Experience with the following or comparable tech stacks

  • Serverless frameworks

  • AWS Lambda, S3, KMS, StepFunctions Athena, Aurora, Cognito

  • Languages/Frameworks: React (JS), Typescript, TypeORM, Python

  • CI/CD: Bitbucket, automated Testing

• Hands-on experience in the application and design of BigData analytics and/or Machine Learning/AI

• Basic understanding of UX and design

• First experience with security and intelligence topics as well as start-up desirable
